Can't find your $OZ tokens?
So, you’ve completed your purchase, the transaction was a success, but you don't see the $OZ tokens in your wallet.
First, take a deep breath and relax. This is completely normal and expected during the presale phase. Your tokens are safe and accounted for. Let's walk through where they are and what to do if you're feeling stuck.
Where Your Tokens Are Right Now
During the presale, your purchased $OZ tokens don't live in your personal wallet just yet. Instead, your balance is securely recorded on our platform's dashboard.
- Check Your Official Dashboard: Head to app.ozak.ai and connect with the exact same wallet you used to buy the tokens. You'll see your total $OZ balance displayed right there.

- Wait for the "Claim" Button: As soon as the presale officially ends, the Token Generation Event (TGE) will happen. At this moment, a "Claim" button will appear on the dashboard next to your balance.
- Claiming Your Tokens: Once you click that button, your allotted $OZ tokens will be sent to your wallet.
A Troubleshooting Checklist
If you're still having issues or something doesn't seem right, run through this quick checklist.
"Did my purchase actually go through?"
Every transaction on the Ethereum network leaves a receipt. You can look it up yourself!
- Open your wallet (e.g., MetaMask) and find the purchase transaction in your activity log.
- Click on it and select "View on block explorer" (this will take you to a site like Etherscan).
- The page should show the status as "Success." If it says "Failed," the purchase did not complete.
"My transaction failed, but my ETH is gone!"
This is a common point of confusion on the Ethereum network. A transaction fee (gas) is paid to the network for the attempt, whether it succeeds or fails. If your transaction failed (often due to insufficient gas or network congestion), the gas fee is used, but your original purchase funds (the ETH, USDC, or USDT) are not. You will have to try the transaction again.
"Are you connected with the right wallet?"
Your token balance is tied to the specific wallet address you used to buy. If you have multiple wallets or accounts, make sure you have connected the correct one to the app.ozak.ai dashboard.
